M ake a beautiful gift card holder.
Project Recipe
Cut 3-1/2" x 12" Basic White card stock. Score at 4" and 8". Fold over the left hand then right hand side. Go over the score lines with a bone folder until the paper lies flat.
Cut both sides at an angle as shown in the picture.
Cut 3-1/4" x 3-3/4" Designer Series Paper. Cut at a diagonal. Watch the direction of the paper.
Attach the DSP to the Basic White card stock.
Add strong adhesive on the bottom edge of the centre panel.
Close up the right hand side.
Add strong adhesive to the bottom of the left hand edge. Close up the left hand side making a pouch.
Die cut a Christmas label from 2-3/4" x 3" Basic White card stock using the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.
Stamp the sentiment with Black ink. Attach to the pouch using a Stampin' Dimensional. Optional: Add a Drusy Embellishment to the label.
Stamp a bow with Black ink on 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" Basic White card stock. Color with Real Red Stampin' Blends. Die cut with an embossing machine and attach to the label.
Cut 3-1/2" x 5" Pretty Peacock card stock. Score at 2-1/2" on the long side.
Punch a tab from Shaded Spruce card stock using the Keeping Tabs Punch.
Attach to the top of the card stock.
Attach 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" Basic White card stock to the inside of the gift card holder.
Place in the pouch.
