T o achieve a softer look, use watercolor pencils directly on the stamp and dab with water.
Project Recipe
Create a Mossy Meadow card base cut at 11" x 4 1/4" and scored at 5 1/2".
Cut a piece of white cardstock 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".
Cut a piece of World of Good patterned paper 4" x 5 1/4" and emboss it using the Absolutely Argyle folder.
Adhere the embossed piece to the white cardstock.
Wrap a piece of ribbon from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack around the piece and tie a bow.
On a piece of watercolor paper, create the image as follows:
--Use the stamparatus so you can restamp if necessary.
--Use a water painter to wet the stamp.
--Color the stamp with Watercolor Pencils.
--Paint with water again.
--Stamp the image, and repeat if necessary.
Stamp the sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink.
Add a Mossy Meadow backing piece cut 1/8" larger than the watercolor paper.
Add this to the card front.
