G race has a large collection of stuffed sheep, which she has been collecting since she was quite young. Now ten, Grace sent me a family tree for all her lambs. Grace, this card is for you.
Project Recipe
Create a card base from Magenta Madness cardstock cut at 11" x 4 1/4" and scored at 5 1/2".
Cut Whisper White cardstock at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".
From the 2020-2022 In Color patterned paper, cut a piece of Magenta Madness paper at 4" x 5 1/4".
Cut a piece of Basic Gray cardstock at 3 1/8" x 3 1/8".
The lamb is created using two separate stamps. I used the Stamparatus to line up the two images. On a small piece of white cardstock, stamp the images of the sheep using Basic Gray and Smoky Slate inks. Add the face with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Use the layering square die set to cut squares as shown in the photograph. I used another pattern from the 2020-2022 In Color patterned paper as well as Magenta Madness and Basic Gray cardstock.
Stamp the sentiment from A Grand Kid stamp set in Basic Gray ink. Use a scrap of white cardstock, and cut it to size.
To the white cardstock from Step 1, add the Magenta Madness patterned paper.
Before adding it to the card front, wrap two pieces of Magenta Madness ribbon around the piece and secure on the back.
Layer all the die cut squares as shown in the photo and add to the card front.
Create a triple bow from Magenta Madness ribbon and add to the card front.
Finally, add the sentiment popped up with dimensionals.
